Doughcraft Bakery
Doughcraft is the artisanal French and Italian bakery that will greet you when you enter Craft’d Grounds, after you’re lured in by the sights and smells.
Led by Head Baker Steven Chevalier, Doughcraft has been taking Brisbanites on a journey of the senses since it opened in June 2022; establishing itself as one of the top bakeries in Brisbane and building a loyal following. They love filling our beautiful city with locally-sourced and handcrafted European bread, paninis, and one of the best range of Viennoiseries in Brisbane. The storefront embraces the openness of space and repurposed timbers present our stunning building, offering a classic French bakery experience with an Italian twist.
Steven, along with the rest of the team, will soon lead community masterclasses to share artisan techniques passed down through their families. Doughcraft aims to have zero food wastage by repurposing all leftovers, and Steven and his team are excited to share their friendship, recipes, inspirations, experience, and community with Brisbane.
Grab a coffee at Collingwood Black and wander over for a croissante, or order a savoury pastry before enjoying a beverage or two at Brewtide.
