Doughcraft is an authentic European bakery & deli located on the ground floor of Craft’d Grounds. You can’t miss them – the sights and smells will greet you as you walk in.
On your next visit to Craft’d Grounds, be sure to try their freshly baked traditional European bread, paninis, pastries, pasta, and charcuterie boards. Of particular note are their seductively sweet and savoury “Bombolone Salato” donuts filled with mascarpone and topped with sesame, poppy seeds, salt crystals, and crispy capers, top selling gorgonzola breadsticks, or delicious Pavlova donut.
Grab a coffee at Collingwood Black and wander over for a pastry pairing, or order a charcuterie board before enjoying a beverage or two at Brewtide.

Steven Chevalier, Head Baker
Born in Normandy, France, Steven Chevalier comes from a long line of bakers (or boulanger, as they’re known in France).
Steven brings his 15 years experience perfecting the art of baking artisan bread, innovating on classic recipes to bring ancient French traditions to the 21st Century.
Sam Taverner , Head Chef
From fine dining to coffee carts and market stalls, Sam has been an essential part of Brisbane food culture her entire life. She joins Doughcraft as the former Head Chef of Collingwood Black, and is the artisan behind their mouth-watering doughnuts.
Marco Conti, Head Chef
Born in Sardegna, Italy, Conti was exposed to Italian gastronomy at a young age by helping out in his mum and dad’s local trattoria from the age of 12.
With over 10 years of professional experience in top restaurants across Sardinia, London, Manchester, and Liverpool (alongside Michelin Star Chef Paul Askew) Marco has found his home in Brisbane, creating authentic Italian flavours for Doughcraft.
