Gavin Croft, Head Brewer
Gavin is a proud Brisbane local and hails from Brisbane’s best breweries and bars, including Newstead Brewing, Archer, Bacchus and The Scratch. He also operates Croft Brewing Company as a side project.
He has won several gold medals at the Australian International Beer Awards and Indies over the years and was recently nominated for “Young Gun of the Year” at the Indies for his active involvement in the Queensland brewing industry.
This man is completely dedicated to the world of beer and you can absolutely taste the craftsmanship in his beers, all on tap at Brewtide.
